Freelance contract provided interim management for the strategic and operational responsibility for a local infrastructure organisation representing BME communities in Camden

• Represented the interests of local BME communities and groups on the following local authority strategic policy groups: Race Hate and Race Crime Forum; Equality Stakeholder Group; BME Consultative Forum, as well as the Third Party Reporting Project and Camden ChangeUp steering group
• Managed a number of funding streams including Local Authority and Neighbourhood Renewal Fund (NRF)
• Development of specific policies to assist in the organisational development and good governance of the organisation
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the board of trustees to ensure transparency and good practice in governance of the organisation
