The London Development Agency (LDA) ESF 2011-13 Youth and Adult programmes will provide support and activities for Londoners under the priorities of the European Social Fund (ESF) Regional Framework. The programmes aim to increase the rate and quality of economic participation of all Londoners, including disengaged youth, long-term unemployed and people in low skilled and low paid work. These programmes are now open for the submission of pre-qualification questionnaires. The closing date for CompeteFor questionnaires is 29th October 2010.
