Mick Denton

Principal Consultant

Inspiracion was founded by Mick Denton and has built on the successes and achievements of over 25 years working in the charity, voluntary, private and public sector, both as a freelance consultant and in paid employment.
Mick Denton has extensive experience of working in both the voluntary, public and private sector, in particular working with voluntary sector organisations and disadvantaged groups to develop their capacity and achieve their full potential.

Cathy Norris

Associate Consultant

Cathy Norris has extensive experience of working in both local authorities and the voluntary sector and of research and evaluation. Cathy is familiar with using a range of interview techniques and conducting telephone and postal surveys, workshops and focus group
Cathy always aim for high standards and strives to provide the best possible service to her client. She has a passion for tackling poverty, alleviating suffering and providing good quality information for all.
Cathy’s consultancy experience includes working for grant giving trusts, conducting evaluations, business planning and fundraising for voluntary groups.

Steve Jones

IT and CRM Support

Steve Jones is our ICT expert and has extensive experience of dealing with all aspects of IT support from: hardware repairs and upgrades to software troubleshooting and system maintenance; Advising on system procurement to maintain future network integrity; implementing security software and advising on user practise to avoid network security breaches; providing advice and support on data integrity and key data backup methodology; supporting and advising clients on their websites including updating and general support.
Steve Jones is a co-founder of Inspire CRM Ltd has extensive experience of implementing and supporting CRM systems in major companies.
